Over the years we have answered countless phone calls and emails about bees and managing bees in an attempt to help each individual with their particular issue. The volume of calls and emails has grown to a point where we are unable to keep up with normal business. That said, our desire to provide beekeeping support remains strong and we want all beekeepers to enjoy success, thus we have made multiple improvements to help you:
· With the BeeHelp Desk™ in action our office can more efficiently manage business as usual and all the questions new beekeepers need answered. The results will be faster response time to emails and increased customer satisfaction.
· We also added a more thorough Search feature on every page of the website to help you find answers to your questions more quickly (Look to the right and above).
· Manage your bee shopping account password, billing & shipping addresses and order history.
· Get support for specific orders. Select "Orders" once you are logged in.
